How to order

Add to Cart

When you like a product, press the “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now” button when you add the product to your cart. The website will take you to the shopping cart page. To show us what products have already been added to the cart. If you want to continue shopping, press "Continue shopping".

Order

When you have selected all the products you want, click on the “Order” button to go to the next step of ordering. Then complete the name and shipping address on this page, then press the button “Confirm order”


Payment 

Allow customers to transfer money / pay via credit card after verifying the correctness of the purchase order information. In the case of transferring money if there is no internal transfer 2 days from the date the customer confirms the order. The shop reserves the right to cancel the order and sell the product to other customers.

Payment notification

Customers can notify payment of products. Line, then you specify the details of the order. Order number, product and transfer amount along with the slip or proof of transfer

Delivery terms

Customers need to wait to receive the product after notifying the money transfer. The product will be delivered to the customer within 3-7 business days (closed on Saturday - Sunday and public holidays).

The products will be delivered by Flash Express and the operator will call to schedule the delivery date and time with the customer.

Payment method

Shipping

Shipping by Flash Express

  • area in Bangkok It takes about 3-5 days for delivery (excluding public holidays).
  • upcountry areas It takes about 5-7 days for delivery (excluding public holidays).
  • Delivery times may change from time to time. If there is a problem, we will notify the customer immediately.

Delivery date

  • Delivery on Monday - Saturday, closed on Sunday and public holidays.
  • For customers who notify the money transfer before 13.00, the company will deliver the product no later than 3-5 business days, counting the date of transferring money as the first day.
  • In the case of notification of transfer after 13.00, the company will deliver the product no later than 5-7 business days by counting the day after the transfer notification date as the first day.

Order Tracking

You can request the parcel number from the admin in Line, then bring the number to check the status at Flash Express. The system will show the status of the order that it is currently in the process. Or you can access via a link to track the order status in the order confirmation email.

Cancellation or Refund

Order cancellation conditions

  • The order can be canceled, only if the product has not been sent out yet.
  • There is a processing fee (300 baht per 1 transaction) to cancel an order
  • The company will return the product after deducting the processing fee and refund money to the account of the order owner only.

Return Policy

  1. In order to create maximum satisfaction for you, please check the completeness of the product as soon as it's received. If there is an error caused by the company you can return or exchange the product with the following steps.
  2. Please contact the company to return the product within 7 days of receiving the product .You need to send us a video clip of the unboxing or assembly of the chair. To make sure that our products have problems caused by manufacturing errors, not from customers.
  3. delivery of goods back to the company by verifiable channels which the company will be responsible for the shipping cost (Refund with product cost)
  4. The returned product must be disassembled, packed to the original packaging, in good condition, not damaged or broken, with all manuals and accessories intact.
  5. When the company receives the product and checks for errors as informed will return the product or exchange the product as agreed in the return or exchange

Conditions for refund / exchange

The company will change the product to a new item in the same model only. In the event that the original product is out of stock .The company will refund you or offer the similar products instead
