Under the guidance of parents and school teachers, you pass through the introductory topics “Stop stooping”, “Keep your back straight” and “Straighten your shoulders”, but none of us have waited for a full course.

How do you sit and what are your risks?

If they answered something in the spirit of “Usually,” “I don't know,” “Yes, I somehow do not pay attention,” it means that you are doing it wrong. Like the vast majority of people on the planet. Surely the harm of a sedentary lifestyle is too abstract a horror story for you to seriously fear and take any measures. Well, let's specify it.

Because you don’t know how to sit properly, the spine is the first to suffer. You put it in the hands of osteochondrosis, sciatica, hernia, protrusion and other serious diseases.

Not impressed enough with this list? Then add to it diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and cardiovascular system, prostatitis, hemorrhoids, obesity and diabetes. This question is still worth paying attention to, isn't it?

Start with a correct posture.
