Delivery, payment and return

Delivery of KULIK SYSTEM products in Romania is carried out throughout the country by transport companies. The cost is calculated by the manager when confirming the order.

Pickup is possible from our showroom in mun. Bucharest, (Address) by prior arrangement

The customer has various payment options available for the products purchased:

  1. Bank transfer as per invoice. The manager issues the invoice after agreeing the order with the customer.
  2. Cash or bank card.
  3. Online payment through PayPal.

Refund procedure

For a full or partial refund, you must contact the manager.

Once you have agreed on all refund details, the money will be returned to your account or card within 3-4 banking days. The exact time for the refund depends on how long the order was placed and the bank that issued the card.

Return of goods

In the event of the buyer's refusal of goods of suitable quality:

The buyer has the right to refuse the goods at any time prior to transfer. After transfer of the goods - within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt.

The return of good quality goods is subject to the preservation of the presentation, consumer properties and a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods.
