Delivery of KULIK SYSTEM products in Romania is carried out throughout the country by transport companies. The cost is calculated by the manager when confirming the order.

The customer has various payment options available for the products purchased:

Bank transfer as per invoice. The manager issues the invoice after agreeing the order with the customer.
Cash or bank card.
Online payment through PayPal.

Refund procedure

For a full or partial refund, you must contact the manager.

Once you have agreed on all refund details, the money will be returned to your account or card within 3-4 banking days. The exact time for the refund depends on how long the order was placed and the bank that issued the card.
